?!? How to Edit system.mrs?

Hello anybody here know how to repair a system.mrs in a winrar?
all i get is:

system.mrs
Detecting archive type...
---> ???

Build fixed.system.mrs
Searching for recovery record
---> recovery record not found
Build rebuilt.system.mrs
Done

But the Diagnostic Tells me Unexpected Archive and no files repaired

How Can I Fix This?

YOU CANNOT OPEN MRS FILES. That has been patched out. O M F G.
