I was wondering, is there an decyrption program that can fix it? Ive tryed l2dcyrpt or whats it called.. and that do not want to work. And suggestions?

i've used this ini but when i start the game i geht an error.
i think i must encypt it again when i will use this ini with changed values.

how i can de-encrypt this file? witch tool you use?

You can find tools to decrypt on my small site (link in signature). Although you probably know about it anyway :)
