Yes, the [BG] public release, and also Humm3r's SWAT4 Tweak have no recoil as feature.

im not sure but when i used it it was automatically on. if not i think its either one of the 2d or 3d radars.

ya there is. The crosshair spread still moves but the gun does not move therefore no recoil... you might be thinking of no aimerror or accuracy this hack does not have that

well for 1.0 there is a trainer out that has accuracy but not a no recoil cheat and for 1.1 you had to find a way to get the ini files to work online :tired:
