US Servers help

hi, i need help setting up the l2 walker on the US servers.i used to know how to set it up, but its been a while so i forgot everything.

i got the latest L2walker v10.4.8

this is the current set.ini i have(i haven't changed anything yet cause i forget what i have to set)

i get an error whenever i try logging in, picture is attached


I'm trying to get onto the Lineage 2 US, Sieghardt server.
