Is there a aimbot for q3 1.11 PLEASE HELP!!

I tried every one almost and I cant get eney to work is there some thing I am doing wrong. I putt the aimbot into the q3 folder and click on the icon and it says point me to your executable. So I do and I go into the game and I do what the instructions say and it says unknown cmd +aim. PLEASE HELP ME!!
