Is there any way to use 3rd person?

I like finding places to hide & would love to see my character move so I could practice my dodging and barrel rolls. Is there anyway to enable this in an offline/single player environment? You can switch to third person when you parachute so i'm wondering if theres a way to make it playable in constant 3rd person camera?

Any ideas?
