There's already a post similar to this...

It's either

- u lag
- ur attacking a monster that is behind a wall
- ur attacking a monster u can't really reach like from a cliff
- the monster ur going to attack teleports (like creamies)
- the monster ur going to attack is already getting hit by another bot (i mean player)
- ur config just plain got nerfed
- ur timeouts also nerfed
- ur an archer class and u dont have any arrows left (and verbose is on)
- ur trying to use a weapon not in ur inventory on a monster (dont know if this is true)
