What does MPC Radio need?

Lately MPC Radio has 2 problems:
1. Not enough DJ's... (and as a consequence: Radio is down to much.)
2. Not enough listeners.

I've been thinking about some solutions and I came up with these ideas.

1. Simple: accept more enthusiastic DJ's. Enthusiastic because we don't want this problem to re-appear after 2 weeks. If we have devoted DJ's we won't have so much offline time.
We can also use an automated system but luck said he was having some difficulties with that... (maybe explain that in a reply, k luck? :))

2. This might be a bit more difficult. As a solution I would say: advertise! You can only do this if your station isn't offline that often. An automated system would help but,... :(
Tell all your friends about MPC Radio but that's about it, we can hardly advertise more.

Think about it people, reply about what you think... We can really use your hints!

i agree that whe need more listeners , cause when you play music for 2 people , (most of the time it are other dj's that listen) , its not realy motivating , i think we need to make more commercial for mpcradio

imo we need to make the guys who cheat,and i dont mean just mpc members but every other cheating community,that if you cheat you need to listen to MPC radio.
Now the real problem isnt to make 20 people,the hardest part is to keep them tuned in.This cannot happen if the DJ plays plain music,like i said talk a bit,for instance me i am greek,i sound a bit gay when talking but hey i dont give a shit it is for teh fun.Also try to break your broadcast with some commercials.If you cant make your own funny ones,like advertising your favourite cheat etc,try to steal somes from other radio stations.Dont tell me that you havent download the program of another station never :p.Also i trully believe that the radio shouldnt be just music, VanStino you had a good idea about interviews and shit why did you give up?I have a teamspeak server which i will be glad to share with you if you need a server to record a multi-person conversation etc.And last but not least we need a freaking scheldute.A dynamic one.

Ok teh 1337 dj arrived. My specialities: techno/trance
But i got good rock, and stuff people usually like to.
I Can dj like 5 hours per week.
I Djed 2 hours and 30 min today.

Hmm well, i hardly ever have my mic here, but some other people can do the talking. We will have to do an experiment: i think I can link TS or Ventrilo to Virtual DJ to make a nice talkshow.
Try to do it, if necessary, PM me the TS server details...

well i think we need more dj's, better advertising and the interview idea could really work, the people that i have seen getting the most listeners on here are the ones that mix and are creative and play on an idea as in like vanstino when he does a timeline or slowly moving up in beats and stuff people seem to like change when they don't notice it
