simple question - anyone know the answer?

when using the hacks, and the evil hack dll file, if someone ghosts you and looks thru your eyes can they see the effects of the hacks particularly the evilhack? This had never occured to me before today when someone said that you could see the effects. I didn't believe him cause he was telling about all the wrong colors and things that were not right.

no they cant see u, but if they have the hacks themsielves such as the evil hack, they can easily tell that you are hacking becasue he also sees that you are tracking people thought walls, corners, dark areas, etc

What someone needs to do is put a hack on night vision since we can already see people...put it so the scope goes down but we still see in regualr vision so we can say "I saw them with night vision" when we kill people in the dark or foggy areas. Alot of times peopel have issues with my night vision off but me killingthem in the darkness.

OK, found the answer myself. The answer is no they cant.

Someone replied that they could if they were using the hacks them selfs.

To test this I set up a server on one of my other machines, then joined that server from another machine. Then set up a no hack machine and also joined the server. I ghosted the player on the first machine that was using the hacks from the player on the second machine that was not using the hacks. I could not see anyone the hacks effects. Then I setup the hacks on the machine that did not have them and tried the same thing again. I still could not see effects of the hacks.

this leads me to believe that a ghosting person will not see the hack effects but will just see what their client registers for normal game play.

The hack just alters your perception of the game, but doesnt do anything with anybody else.

exactly the onlyway the devs could see the effects is if they were running the hack, so either that guys drivers were f'd up or, he lamely admitted he was using them. He could see the effect of perfect accuracy tho, and the result on how you play the game. eg. knowing exactly where the enemy is, auto switching to the next nearest enemy when using aimbot. etc.

question : how do u set a server up when i tryed and wanted to join it said that the server was unauthouraized and kicked me out of the game but i went to the official site and i registed for a server but didnt do much what do i need to do ?

theres a server start in the system folder. theres also a tool you can dl to set things up how you want. its too big for me to attach unfortuntely and i dunno where i got it to give you a url, but i have it here.

hmm you know I used to do it and its been like a long time since. I was able to join my own yes. There's this tool too. i think it still works. Try it out. I think it tells you how to join somewhere in there i thought. or try entering your ip. not sure, forgot and I'm confusing the avp2 server tool maybe with this.
