How to use a vec?

I'm sorry to ask such a n00bish question, but I cant make my vecs work. I have added them into a .cfg file.
And I also get them loaded, but when I am supposed to activate them all I get in the console is:
"Unkown command: avadd"
"Unkown command: avclear" and
"Unkown command: recoil"
I am using the "HSD Light - OGC tweak".
Is there anyone who can help me?

Never tried and another thing we don't support ripped cheats that one of our coders worked hard on coding..

"HSD Light" was relased by matdog himself so... it's not a rip the only thing that matdog took out was vac proofing.

Yeah, but there is a vac proof "HSD Light" out there right now...

If you look in the commandmenu it says 6.2++, 6.2 was the first version leak..Take a look at our versions readme
