why is this happening and how can i stop it?

it means that the monster you attack is being attacked by someone,
and ur character won't hit the target anymore or changing to another target,
try to find another location to locate your character for KILL any monster..

bots cant kill steal more known in pRO as "sawsaw" try botting in other places where less people tries to lvl up if you want to kill more
