how di i change the files in my screenshot folder to actually view them?:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
and i have tried to install several skins and stuff but none work
this is what i have done step by step

opened texture.rfa from bf1942/archives, extracted dds files from it into a folder texture in battlefield 1942 main directry, added new dds files i have extracted from skins, then ran a programme called make rfa,so i make the texture rfa and replace the original one (backed it up of course) enter game nothing changes me go very sad :'(

Alright... don't repack your RFA file... just unpack the textures file, and in your Battlefield 1942 folder, you should now have a folder named Texture in there... with three folders named Africa, Pacific, and Russia...

Just extract your wanted skins there, etc etc, and replace other files.

Oh yeah, make sure to rename old texture.rfa, so the game overlooks it and sees the texture folder.

Btw, if you see that everything for some reason goes white, you probably had a blood patch installed. Dont use bloodpatches with this method...
