Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Microsoft Paint, Animators, etc..

make some stuff in 3dsmax or lightwave then render it and use it in photoshop. 3d renders are the best, even some animations in char studio, then again really nice 2d manga art is cool too.

yeha in reality i use MAXON CINEMASUITE 4D as well as photoshop once in a while, and i luv photoimpact8 :-D mucho bucks tho so unless u DL them, make sure u use em alot
