some bugs and problems still exist, they will be fixed in the next few days

some of the custom features we had are gone, they will be added in the next few days as well

be patient, right now my goal for today was to get forum up and running, that has been accomplished, rest will be done soon enough as well.

The skin isn't bad (imo). The load times are crap (yes, but the forum just came back so its understandable). One suggestion, a hack screenshot forum. Just so you can show whats going on with your work, whether it's private or public.

the skins is in one word 'perfect',i like it even more than the old one ^^
and that suggestion,would be a good thing,but i think they'll only do it if the files are.jpeg or they give the link to the pic.

Ok, I won't come to IRC to whine about the skins. I'll do it here!

I'm using the 'MPC' skin now, but what I hate most about these 2 available skins is that they stretch all over the screen. I want it back centered or at least make it an option. And why do these buttons have to be so HUGE! Are all the people registered here blind or something?

In other words, I'm going with gil on being old-skewl and I want MPC Old back!!!11 :P

Try the smooth one Diddle, it's better in threads view and forums view.
Only the main index is a little bit sucks :P

Ok, I'll try that one, I never came further than the main index with that skin because I disliked it so much. ;)


EDIT: You're right, it does look better in threads and forums! The main index is suck, but the rest is cool. Could even replace the old MPC skin if someone could make it so that posts are connected to eachother. So you don't see the bar at the bottom and top of every post and the gap between posts is gone. And if the main index could be returned to normal. Added a picture to clarify what I'm saying. Then it'd be nice. :) If not, Diddle goes back to Old MPC asap. :P

And the coolest thing about vB 3.5 is this inline editing of posts. :D

yeah the mpc smooth skin is like the old new mpc skin just blue and white, i still want the old one(style_1 from extremepixels that was called old mpc)back though lol

Great! Just wonderful! Finally after such a long waiting time, MPC is back! I love the new skin. It looks awesome on my computer. My resolution is 1280x1024. I just tried it out on my linux gaming computer; resolution is 1920x1440(I think), looks much better! Everything is working so far, except one thing, I don't know if its just me and if its temperary, but I use Quick Quote like I used to often do, now I have to quick quote manually(C&P) which isn't too quick. And the QR buttons seems to do absolutely nothing...

- if you press the quick reply button you can quote that one message in the quick reply by selecting the "quote message in reply?" option

not possible ATM since server load is too much, we'll see how things go, if server load is okay after all the tweaking that has been done today I will reenable search again and see how that works out.

hmm. strange. i use firefox so i don't get that problem. After all that time on the old skin this was a surprise to me when it was first changed. nearly jumped out of my seat. yelling "what have they done?? noooooooooo" but now i have grown too like it. cept the main page yeah, but the rest is cool. nice work.

the serverload is too high to enable forum jump, lots of features have been disabled to keep the server from crashing that often.

It's a bug. the top one (or the bottom?) should say whether the user is online or offline as far as I know.

well, I use the MPC skin now, sine the Smooth one isnt updated :(


PS. I must say this one is faster!

The one that is empty now should say if a user is online/offline/invisible.
The one below that should be postcount, like it is now.
Below that, the joindate, as it is now.
Then the location as it is now.
And the bottom one is the contact information; MSN, ICQ, AIM & YAHOO!

Not new tho, we were at 3.0.7 before the upgrade.
If i'm not wrong, 3.0.9 had it already.
