[Swat 4 SP] No cuffing time.

How do you set the cuffing time to 0 (instantly)? I mean when you cuff someone, you have to hold the fire button for a few secs. How do you remove that "few secs"? I just want to cuff instantly. =)

Im sure you could find that in an .ini considering how much stuff is configurable from .ini's in Swat 4

i tried the ini way and removed the animation but it only works in sing play not in multi play.so it must be serverside
