CS 1.5 sometimes just quits after some time...

Sometimes after playing CS (1.5) for about 20 minutes or so (sometimes even after 5 minutes) it just quits itself!!
Sometimes with an error-message ("cstrike.exe caused errors...") sometimes without!

Here's my config, so maybe someone can help me!?

> Win2K (SP2)
> Athlon XP 2000+ (overclocked from 1250)
> 256MB DDR
> Geforce2 MX 400 64MB
> MSI KT3 Ultra Mainboard
> ALC650 OnBoard-Sound

I tried all newest drivers, all gfx-modes in CS and so on!
Using OpenGL it won't run for more than 1 minute and Direct3D is my current CS-config!

So what's up with my CS or my system!??! :(

do what i do, if yah got problems ...reinstall cs and c what happens..if that dont work ..shit man! ur outta luck

I re-installed it 2, 3, 4,...1000 times, but nothing helps!
Also other games freeze after some time of gemeplay (only in OpenGL-mode, Direct3D doesn't really fine but it works :)!

So I guess it's my gfx-card or so.... :( :(
