crouch bind?

Hello guys, I was just looking through my games and i found rvs...so now im playing again, but i dont have my old controls. One of them was crouch with right click and when u let go of it, u get back up. I knew how to do this, but its been awfully a long time since i've played, so i have forgotten. Does anyone know how to do that? Help will be appreciated.

it's caught through cvar's on most servers tho...
