About the sp transfer (wedding skill)

Hi there guys.. just want to ask on how to be able to use the sp transfer wedding skill efficiently.. what i mean is how can i program it to Transfer Sp when it's target sp is probably on 10% since it doesn't have a target sp?

but i think it will not work coz in the config there is no target_sp
