I think even a High priest it must be Pure int and vit..

The larger amount of heal is much better...

when your int is only 30... you will always have no SP..

and small amount of SP recovery..

i think its not the best built..

just set your stats like this (it's only my opinion)
set to:
int=99
vit=80
the higher the int (primary)(it does'nt shout for SP TIME) and the vit (secondary)(for def,[def and support is only priest primary have]for players ) the higher the chance of being easilly killed...i've seen a priest in fenrir that destroys the def in emp. room (alone)...and if wanted to go for a quick casting then put some of dex...

i think the build 4 high priests are:
int-90-so he/she has lots of sp
vit-75-so he/she has higher hp and defense
dex-55-so he/she can cast his/her skills faster
