aBout Landsharkin (Some thing really confusin)

I hav know something like "you were considered wasted by server so you lie there flat when jumping off a ladder" but why I havnt see any one sharkin on a V1.11 server??

And alot of times, I was "killed" by server and the server forced me 2 say:"I tried ta shark" when I wasnt sharkin @ all.

And, when I using 3rd view in MOHAA SH, I see myself sharkin from time to time and some other guys also sink themselves into the ground. But, I wasnt using any sharkin script cos I don know where 2 download 1.

I cant see the same thing in MOHAA BT.

And... what is cg_acidtrip? Doz it has something 2 do wit sharking?
I jus see creepy scenes when I set it to 1.

Lots of servers have anti-shark mod now, there are ways around it (I dont know any but m0d hippY says there are so there must be) Anyway, if u press the use key (usually e) when ur near a ladder the anti-shark mod will detect it and u will die. It might also make u say something like "I tried to shark"

I dont know about the rest of it because I dont play SH/BT but I know that cg_acidtrip is nothing 2 do with sharking.

cg_acidtrip is just that, an acid trip, you can set it all the way up to 31. At 31 it's pretty trippy.

SH and BT are both glitchy, do what I did, and uninstall them.

SH and BT both suck my hacks are all disfunctional when i try them on SH and BT, they are both horrible games trash them

Thanks you guys 4 so much information, I still havent tried sharkin before so I myself wont dump SH/BT (Where can I get Sharkin menu??) And I'm extremly deeply annoyed by the unblanced wepon system. And I bet the scripting team do hav som problems wit their conception and sense, as in most condition, one side always wins.

sharking script.. uhh I could be wrong but i dunno there is one specifically for sh\bt. But I will tell you this, the method should be identical to that of mohaa, so if you cant do it manually, umm just goto mpcdownloads and download the moh allied assault landsharking script and put it in sh\bt and it should work the same. Just dont forget to execute the script in game before you use it. Other than that it should be the same. As far as the unbalanced weapons.. what do you mean? Maybe its just a f*cked up mod that the server has or something, but the weaponry should be pretty even on both sides.. It would be a pretty crappy thing if say the axis weaps were stronger than allies and gave it more of an advantage.. Only clientside thing you can change on weaps is the way they appear. so u can skin them differently, u can modify the projectiles and add special effects to ur gun, and u can modify the "view kick aka recoil" Im sure theres a no recoil hack in the sh\bt downloads section u can get, that will help ur accuracy alot. But the other are pretty much just "appearence" mods\hacks that only you will notice a difference clientside.. sooo yeah hopefully that answered your questions.

I Still can not access the MPCDownload archeives. And I believe there is a sharkin menu cause I c some1 sharkin so freely.
When I was talkin bout unblanced wepons... I mean someserver have to enchance alias weapons themselves to decrease the gaint gap of scores between the two side.

yeah.. unfortunatly the weaps can only be modified serverside. If you cant seem to access or download anything from mpcdownloads, make sure you registered on the site.. Just cause ur registered on these forums doesnt make u automatically registered on the downloads section. So register on there, its free, and if you are registered, log in, and then just search the downloads section for lanshark and download away. Remember ppl that dont donate only have a max of 6 downloads per day so use ur downloads wisely..

or u downloading these at home\school\work.. Maybe ur on some kind of webprotected pc that doesnt allow any type of downloading, or perhaps the mpc download site is restricted. Make sure you allow cookies and that your internet properties are set to default w\ no restrictions. I havent got the slightest clue as to y it wouldnt work otherwise than that.. Maybe your on a proxy :X...

u could try getting in through a proxy, maybe that will work if u have something that blocks the website..
