So if you fire your guns in an airplane does it cause you to pitch down as well?

Genesis
11th January 2003, 20:51
yes
do i suggest u switch it off when stepping into an airplane
heres the manual for it:

numpad - is to decrease the anti recoil
numpad + is to increas the anti recoil
and numpad 0(Ins.) is to switch it on and off

People! rename the freeking file to attachment.zip isntead of attachment. Then unzip the fuker and run it. Its not that hard. The only problem is that its picked up for PB in sof2 but there is away around it, which i dont know atm.

so why don't u save ur lies for online play.

Grahf
7th March 2003, 19:48
Ummm....nope sorry, not lying.

IT DOES WORK IN MY PC AND I HAVE XP.
Unfortunately I can't take a video or anything to prove it....
But I will show a screen of my desktop with BF1942 minimized and it clearly says "ENABLED" on the top bar.

Not only that, but once you play with the thing it's FRIGGIN OBVIOUS that it's working.
What it basically does is recompensate for every shot you fire. It is NOT "NO" RECOIL, but it IS anti-recoil; every time your gun jerks around, the anti-recoil constantly adjusts it and recenters it; you may not even notice it. As you try different levels, you definitely notice the effect.

It's a fantastic tool, and IT DOES WORK ON XP!!!!

And if you think I'm a lying sack, go up against me in any server. It doesn't matter how good you are, if I use anti-recoil and I SEE you, you WILL die.

And BTW, you people are all fools if you think it doesn't work on XP or that Sin is lying. Sin is NOT lying.
If you knew anything, many people have tried to use this with SOF2, and IT WORKS, but PB detects it. BF1942 does not have PB. It has NOTHING TO DO with your operating system.

Grahf
7th March 2003, 20:14
screenshot of my desktop with anti-recoil enabled (http://www.prequel-spoilers.com/recoil.JPG)

And btw, it's apparent that it's working because the ACTUAL GAME YOU PLAY has nothing to do with it.
It works even if you're not playing a game and just using Windows Explorer; it will move the mouse pointer down every time you left-click. It's a really simple little tool actually.

Okay. I try again. I've run this and use KP 0 to enable. If you hold down ur mouse button on the desktop it will move it down constantly. The trouble is I never notice this in-game. Even on ultra-low my recoil still shoots up the same as it does without this hack on. I'll try it one more time.

hi there, im new to this board...
ive tried this norecoil thing and it enables fine and in windows it pushes the pointer downwards,
But ingame i cant get it to work ??
is there anything else i have to do to make it work ?
Btw running 1.3 Road to rome <---- Is that why

Yupper
13th March 2003, 21:13
It doesnt seem to work for me ( In Game ) yes i can get it to turn on and it toggles just fine *enabled* *disabled* and the recoil does change on the program. It works fine on my desktop when i hit the fire button it moves down as to counter act the coil of a gun. how ever when i go in the game it does nothing. I center my gun on somthing fire, empty the clip look at the patttern and reload. Try enabling it (on high recoil) and shoot in the same spot. *didnt change*. Am I doing somthing wrong? does it just run on your desktop? do you turn it on at a special time? or does BF now have a patch out that eliminates this type of progy?

ummmm wtf are you tripping on? you either dont know shit about it or your just lying your ass off. What do you mean by saying

"What it basically does is recompensate for every shot you fire. It is NOT "NO" RECOIL, but it IS anti-recoil; every time your gun jerks around, the anti-recoil constantly adjusts it and recenters it; you may not even notice it"

hmmm it dosent do that shit at all. All it does is moves your mouse down every time you click or for as long as you hold it.
And no anti recoils work well for bf 1.31 as the server says how much bullet pread there is for evey shot u take. so even if it looks like your crosshair is staying together and your crosshair not moving, it's probally just the recoil trainer LYING.
yea lying cause it may think it still 100% accurate but server has bullet spread.
Need to make a trainer that edits packets to eliminate bullet spread.

Not trying to flame you Grafh, but dont talk shit you dont know shit about plz. you missinform ppl

What I said wasn't wrong.

"All it does is moves your mouse down every time you click or for as long as you hold it."

Didn't I say this very same thing in one of my posts in this thread?

I know exactly what it is supposed to do...maybe my wording in that specific post wasn't good.

You make a good point about bullet spread being server-side, and you're right; I pretty much don't know what I'm talking about.

BUT...even if everything you say is true, your crosshair at least will still move down every time you fire a shot. Let's say you have a steady burst, no-recoil might not do shit because of the server-side bullet spread you talk about...but...I think that what's happening on my end is that at the very least your crosshair won't be jumping around every time you fire a short, controlled burst. It makes it that much easier for you to refocus your aim manually...and this all happens in a split-second.

I fire either single shots or short bursts at long distances. Sin's recoil hack seems to make it easier for me to keep a steady crosshairs, so maybe even if my bullets are still getting spread all over the place, it's easier for me to re-aim after every shot and THAT's why it appears to work.

Personally, I'd like to hear what Sin/Genesis has to say about this.

Forget it guys, its does not work and Grahf talks out the back of his neck. It works on the desktop and thats it. The execute is;
Hold left mouse button = mouse pointer moves down (depending on what setting). It does not work in-game, full stop.

If you press your left mouse button in-game no matter what screen you are in - menu or game - the pointer should move down accordingly. It does not.

Grahf spouted a load of nonsense about the x-hair recentering after firing, but if you think logically (something beyond Grahf's scope) then as soon as you finish firing your x-hair will re-centre anyway as it would in normal physics when the recoil stops and is something that BF1942 simply reproduces.

As far as I'm concerned, this shit don't work. FFS, if it did how many times do you think the hack would have been downloaded?

This thread is dead. I apologise for keeping it alive but just came back after examing the code with a techie mate of mine.

When you go to save the file rename it to attachment.zip and it saves as an .exe. open it and run it like a trainer. It doesnt seem to affect me flying a plane much, even at highest setting. I am using a controler instead of mouse and keyboard for planes if that matters.

I am running WinXP Pro Sp1 on my machine and it doesn't work. I unzip it, run it and click OK then its says that it's disabled.

Is there some special place the exe file needs to be installed for it to work? Otherwise I wonder if there is some trojan in it since VB code is known to hide such things.

Regards,
Leathal

Nay mate. In XP I brought up the task manager and gave Sin's Antirecoil the highest priority, still no go.

It seems that BF is very strange program, it has its own cursor and shit, and maybe it changes the variable. For example, Sin's program is coded like "if cursor = left.click then move cursor down". When BF starts it goes "change cursor = bfcursor" so what happens is, the cursor variable changes to "bfcursor" and Sin's program only messes with "cursor" variable.

Just my thoughts.

No matter how good you are you will always get beaten by someone who cheats, and there will always be someone who cheats, and whats worse is the fact that when you died you're not sure if its because you F*CKING SUCK or the guy cheated. It sure as hell doesn't help my replay value when i get spawn killed by a guy in a ****ing wall 2 sec after spawn.
