There has been no indication that PB will be used by CoD 2 at this time. Whatever anti-cheat will be used, you can be sure that it will be implemented in a patch. You won't just join a server one day and get banned by software before downloading something first. Refer to this thread for CoD 2 anti-cheat discussion:
