Server Crashing + Way out of hand

I play RvS demo and my gaming experience is becoming increasingly worse because of the darn server crashers. I kick them for blatantly cheating (cause of course I dont care) and they return and crash the server I have admin in. Is there any way to prevent this kind of thing?

1. ban them from the server
2. get a better computer to act as a server

Yeah banning is out of the question because there is no way to ban on demo sadly. But a better computer yes, that would be possible. I was wondering if there was a way to block the crash itself.
