View Full Version : How can we attempt un-detect a hack?

I was wondering in what ways can we make a hack undetectable. Even though we dont know how vac2 works completly. I still think theres ways to beat it, Just think real hard.

My suggestions/theories:
Instead of using those crazy suspicous words like aim, recoil, and such.
If you ever used a hack, most poeple dont need all those words to figure it out. Try 41M instead of aim. I see alot use "+do_aim" couldnt that be changed to something a bit less obvious. Like Paim lol.. you know?

Theres got to be something general that detects hacks. It can't be just the use of hacks and the injection process. (Well it can really but)
Maybe you could inject a "hack" (not a hack, just a empty hack with no options and no words and what not)
If its detected, then i guess they can detect all injections. BUT if not, doesnt that mean it detects certain parts.

Who else can speak on this?

Manipulate values which are different from comp to comp,

in other words only change dynamic values...
Works for me and I havent been banned (i've been doing stuff for about 9 months now?)

its not really possible to undetect a hack. the injected hack needs to hook onto some part of the game memory. the base of the hack, when detected, would need to be changed=a-almost-totally-new-basehook/hack

try zone alarm

deny the access when it goes to scan, you will get dropped from the server after like 5 minutes tho...and im not 100% sure if it will work, but i would think it would work

dude thats pretty easy to do, check out what it actually detects as a cheat then change it :)

heheh zonealarm works.

it stopped vac from scanning my crap.

insted of pressying deny i paniced and reset my computer.

still worked.

Its not easy. What IS the exact thing that we must change that is so easy?
Rewriting the basehook is a pain in the ass. Why do you think when VAC updates, it takes DaVvV so long to release a new version Furious SP?

These people amuse me so much now adays.

Are you from cs.rin.ru? Cauze 1 you act just like a certain person i know and you both have practicly the same avaitor.
Anyway, I had another idea kind of.
So from my understanding it detects changes in the code, not really the cheats itself. (Tho It may detect certain strings like aim and speed and shit)
So whats the next step?
I did hear about alittle something called packet editing :). IM SURE this has been brought up before, but i dont think anyone ever went farther on it. So. What if we were to have a legit dll scanned instead of one with a hack injected, As to trick vac? eh?

someone did packet editing in their hax in CS:S to prevent VAC2 detection, that code is still in use for GDCS:RE for CS:S

I'll say that it's impossible, in my opinion. I think that coder would have to go through lots of changes on his hack. Those are my 2 cents.

@illicit. lol, your method of VAC2 proofing only prevents VAC2 from detecting the hack itself(the program), not the changes that it makes to the game...
