just for anyone who wants to know i contacted evenbalance and heres the info they priovided me about hardware bans
To EvenBalance,
i was caught cheating ofc, why else would you be getting an email from me? I have learned my lesson and i do I realize i will have to buy myself a new pc, but before i do i need to ask if i slave my old hard drive from the old pc into the new pc because you have its serial will it, in effect, ban all of my new hardware, i.e. new hard drive, motherboard, sound card, video card? And is it nessecary for me to buy a new cable modem as well? Im not sure if you guys are at liberty to disclose such information but i dont want to waste my money if my cable modem will reban all my new hardware. Any information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. I know your job is to fight cheaters, i cheated, and i was caught. Please dont disregard this email as trash and label me a unrecoverable cheater, in a sense. I have learned my lesson and the games you protect are worth my money to buy a new pc. I wont ask for the HW bans to be lifted, because i was warned and i deserve what i got. All i ask is if i would be wasting my time.

Note #2: Please join a PB enabled server and get kicked. Then find the armyops.log
file located in the ../America's Army/system folder. Open it with a text program and search for a PunkBuster kick reason, and paste that in your answer.

Note #3: First off i appreciate you guys for responding so quickly, but i dont know what my guid bans numbers have anything to do with the question at hand. Your policy states that the HW ban would not be lifted for any reason whatsoever, so im expressing my confusion regarding the response.
