nid help on tele idel func.

my teleport idle is set at 1, and im not using my mon search. weird thing is my champ works fine, but my Lordknight doesnt want to tele idel when there is more than 10sp (i think its because tele clip requires 10sp per teleport skil) but then i can use the skills (like placing first aid when sp> 10 to keep my char being frozen after it has more than 10sp. so basically i cant use skills.) and like i dont move or atk with sp greater than 10. im just standing on one point and taking dmgs from the monsters till i die. and when i turn on my route random walk it atks mons, but does not work when i use skils. so im lvlin up so slow with the random walk. someone pls help.
