Yes ive seen that before, its called ALT Characters i belive. You can get it by pressing ALT and a certain code on your numpad, so you can get all sorts of things like: ▓æðÈÍ◙P.
The list is massive.

Funny, i was just about to post something like this. Apparently you need a name hack or something to change your name. I doubt it i bet its just a file or like a "Trainer" that lets you do it. Ive also heard the name is only server side, and if you see someone with it its most likely their server.

Well only what i heard, if anyone knows how to get it that would be sweet. You just add ♫ to your name and you cant get kicked or banned :D. Unless the admins know how to make the ♫ appear lol.
