I dont believe Permutation works with Spearhead at the moment. The creator is supposed to be currently working on one that has SH support and it should be out soon.

As of like, this week. This sucks, oh well, this opens up things for the future in a way. People will probably start making more hacks since they "have" to, if you know what I mean. :)

It means he has gone "Rouge"/Anti-Cheater, so he will most likely be helping out the other legit guys create anti-cheat tools and what not.

lol, legit, a term we used to use back when there was nothing to play online but good old Diablo. for exp: SmokeDookee: "here dood, have this Bastard Sword of Bloody Nad Stabbing Wraith" SomeOtherWanker's reply: "is it legit?"
