Is it possible to get a snowboard on maple island?? cause i saw a lvl 9 running around with a snowboard.

Nah, only the Sky Snowboard is dropped by low level monsters. The Silver one is dropped by : Evil Eye, Sentinel, Fierry, Jr. Boogie, Jr. Wraith, Copper Drake , Jr. Yeti, Stone Gollem, Pepe, Zombie Mushroom. Copy & pasted from Hidden Street. =)
