[Question] Multiple Equipments Equiped?

since there's such thing as uber(/multiple) loot.. which makes the client not know ur currently picking up an item hence able to pick multiple items at a time..... is it possible to make the client not know that ur wearing an (stats increasing) equip letting u wear another one giving u both the equipment's stats? or holding a 2h weapen and free the shield slot making u able to hold a shield?

im not sure this is talked about or not..... so just wondering..... and i dont know where to start off... so LoL..... just an idea and question.....
