Hard to kill

Hi all,

For the last couple of weeks I'm coming across a lot of guys that are very hard to kill (30 shots in the head, they turn around, shoot me twice and I'm gone).

Is there a working hack for this kind of things, because I would like to answer fire with fire.

PS: I'm not a n00b, just never beleived in cheats.
