Is there any way that i could change my ip address do i need to call my isp to do that?, jw

Call your isp they will do ti for you

I open Command Prompt (Start > Run > CMD) then type ipconfig /release (hit-enter) then ipconfig /renew (hit-enter) then I have to restart my modem.

There are many threads on this subject throughout MPC. Try performing a simple search. I recall a thread in the technical section regarding this topic.

Your best bet is requesting a significant change from your ISP if possible.
