Let us assume I have an account on Steam called "UnknownName". I play with hax and VAC bans my account name (thus they also banned my CD key). I create myself a new Steam account called "KnownName". But the problem is KnownName does not have Day of Defeat, because I have to buy it from them. But I do not want to buy it because I already have it installed on my computer under the account UnknownName. So the problem is when I load Steam it does not let me play Day of Defeat under KnownName eventhough I have it. I backed up Day of Defeat. And Steam says it will be available for download after I reload Steam, but when I reload Steam it is not available (they probably mean available for UnknownName).

My question is this:
Is there a way to use the games from UnknownName under the new name KnownName. Like though regedit or something like that?

^^ u sure you dont want to rephrase that?
nope, you cannot use anything(except warez, but its not allowed here) to play games not activated in your account even if you have it in another account
