quick question about "clean" status

i downloaded the wurzil wallhack a while ago which pwns, i heard pb is coming out soon and just want to make sure im "clean" if i just delete the hack am i clea n again or are the files i have to edit? jw and thanks in advance for help

All that is needed to remove hack existance is deleting all hack files. For most hacks, deleting the loader and injected .dll file will do. Never extract hacks to your game folders or sub-folders.
