Importing Into GCF Folder

Is there a program that will allow you to import VTF and VMT files into the gcf folder? The programs that I've used only export files from GCF folders.

i dont think theres any public program that can open the GCF and add/edit stuff, think Game Cache Folder is a private program that Valve made/licensed to send out their games, but as DoD:S has a separate folder that allows you to add custom stuff, dont think u need to edit the gcf unless ur adding some hacked stuff
