afaik, it means you screwed up in the past and are now getting kicked/banned

with banned he means banned from all gaming servers,or of only that one i , i don't really remember...

what does it mean?

I believe it means "priority kick" as to make a room for admin or similar.
Had this happen to me once but I was/am able to play on other servers. Prolly on that one too if I could remember what server it was.

It means that you got kicked for something and banned for 2 or 5 mins, and therefore you get kicked again when you join.
