Nifty - I hear that clowns can make balloon animals with ease. Is that a statement or a question? If it's a question, then yes, you can use all of these cheats here without worrying about an anti-cheat program for the time being.

he gave you a link for the thread of the cvar unlocker.
so yes you can use cvars on server. with this tool.
