Any tell me how 2 install ce cause i cannot install it says 16bit ms-dos subsystem the ntvdm cpu has encounterd an illegal instrution and blah blah chose or egnore pls help

download again, restart comp, install. if can't also, then its time to change ur comp.

The file is corrupted, something went wrong during the download. Download it again and try it again, like shiangz suggested. That will work, not question it won't. :)

sounds like he's got a problem in the microsoft installer.

Try manually uninstalling it first. Then make sure you download a clean version of CE.
