No the game is very popular and is still cheat free.

I think last year there were about 4000 gamers online and thats about the same figure as what I just got after doing a refresh in All Seeing Eye of all Wolfenstein servers.

The only thing which has really changed is the number of Wolfenstein servers but the number of gamers has stayed roughly the same which is surprising considering the number of new games out there. rtcw:Enemy Territory looks very promising too.

If you want to cheat play something like quake2, quake3, CS, UT :)

than we need a mod for this section who will answer the questions and make this section very active! (post alot new posts..) and someone who will make advertisment on RTCW sites/topsites for this forums.

RTCW..

I play it. Its cheat free, thats the only reason I still play it as much as I do. Well.. cheating would be fun once in a while.. in fact the three biggest servers I know (64 people each) DONT RUN PunkBuster, but no one coded any cheats.

Its beyond my skill to code a cheat for it..

There are plenty of cheats, one that works well on some of the 32 player non punkbuster servers is the opengl wall hack...

Its fun to sit in the vent with a venom!

a certain word......desperation comes into mind.... u can get norecoil hacks.... infinite ammo for soldier and flame thrower guy...not sure if that one works tho...never tested it out... there r cheats...just watch out for punk buster....cos it will kick ur arse if it smells cheats

loads play it, good game too:)

only pro game in your country too, since when has quake3 offered you the chance to win £25,000 every year?. rtcw does

ye loads of peeps play it, servers r allways maxed out..

a lot of the xploits 'ie' infinate ammo for flamer with
chat enabled has been patched out.

the sniper no recoil still works

I want to understand how the sniper recoil works.

On my machine it recoils enough that it doesn't bother me, but for some reason, on my friend's machine it recoils like 90 degrees. You shoot and you're staring straight up.

Anyone know how to reduce such a dramatic recoil?

hey, its my good friend col damien, long time.....no see?
somebody spit out the norecoil hack cause we all know its out there just like the pb bypass.if you dont beleave me, go on to beetlejz beach server and you will find that most of them have it with pb enabled...and they have working wallhacks.the only reason why this game isnt as popualr as mohaa is becuase the cheats are hard to come by, if i had these cheats i would play rtcw all day..even if i had a HOT DATE. with the diseases out there today, its respectable.

I cant believe you ppl actually think RTCW is cheat free! OpenGL hacks work! I wallhack all the time on speakeasy.net servers. These are the actual servers most RTCW CAL/TWL matches are played on (with latest PB).
