no you probably dont need a new motherboard. Reformatting wont help shit you need to replace the hard drive for sure. Then after that test to see if your still banned, since you have already replaced your nic.

MeintooL there are several threads discussing this, please try to use the search function before posting a new thread. It does help having to re-post the same stuff over and over.
Re-formatting the hdd will not remove a hardware ban as it is based off the hdd serial. You need to change all network adapters either by replacing or spoofing their MAC addresses - several threads on this.
With the hdd you either need to replace it or purchase another and set it up in a RAID array. PB cannot ban hdd in a RAID setup.

If you re-format it, it should take the ban off. If it doesn't, format it over and over about 3 times. That's if you're real desperate to get the ban off :/

REFORMTING WONT WORK!!! no matter how many times you reformate the drive.

yeah dude.. formating wont work. You have to replace/spoof hardware. Some people are lucky and change once piece and get unbanned. Others have to do the whole lot, NIC, Hard drive etc.
The americas army forum is a good place to look all about hardware bans.
Good luck!

Cemz please do not post false information like that, it is not helping anyone. Not only does it show how ignorant you are in these matters it also confuses the situation, making a member do something that is totally un-necessary. If you failed to notice I already said that formatting will not remove a hardware ban and explained the reason why in my post above yours; I suggest you start to read and grasp some understanding of how PB hardware bans.
