This program if you set it to 12000 or so, instead of the default 10000 for CPU speed and you will be able to run faster, go through cool down timers (timers before you can attack again), and even kill people in the game faster. Increasing your CPU speed in a sense enhances your calculations by performing that a greater rate, in the end making you character move faster, and shoot faster.

Works for basically any game.

it works with alot of fps games. you can use that or something called cheat engine.

It doesn't work with A LOT of games, some games is only serverside only

well actually your half rightblack, it doesnt work on most newer games, cause the time is controlled through script alone and the exe of the game is compiled with fixes for setting cpuspeed through command line or "speed programs" such as this fine example of useless software
