cheats

[Rat in a Cage]

hey all,
I saw this guy in a game the other day. he had every weapon. i know the cheats for it but when i put em in it says server must be running set + cheats 1or something. howd he do it? i know it thinks 3rd person is a cheat but i got that to work, but i cant figure out how to get like the wuus command or giveall or fullheal commands to work

can anyone help, i know it can be done.

he must have been running the server or found a server with cheats enabled. also, sic made a server-side mod where you can pickup any gun, so the servr mighta been using that too......

i think it was a server put out by EA though, hmm. k thanks
