Bot only picks up own loot

I'm using OpenKore 1.9.0 and I'm in Toy Factory. My bot will only pick up loot from monsters he has killed and won't pick up from random "free-game" loot piles. He's there farming loot for cash so I wanna maximize efficiency. Is there a config item I need to change?
