Okay so i guess im banned by vac you know i cant get on any server with vac, so im banned forever till i pay another 30$ for another game?

Nope that acount is forever banned from VAC servers. You must create a new account and rebuy the games that you wana play on the vac servers.

open steam and go to settings, from there you can see if you are banned or not. If you are you will have to get a new CDKEY and create a new account on steam.

not necessarily, there is a exploit @ the moment you can join a vac2 server with

a banned account.
