There are two counters for respawn, (im guessing one for each team, or something), so that means 2 values.
Respawn (1) 00737C40 (Integer, 4 bytes)
Respawn (2) 009FD458 (Integer, 4 bytes)
freeze them at 0 and you get instant respawn.

i cant make it, make sense the part were it says "interger" messed me up.

no.
i use L.Spiro's Memory Hacking Software to find the values, and OllyDBG for other stuff.
razzzzzz, it just means that the value is a 4 byte integer (as opposed to a float or long or w/e).

by thew way if you wanna find more about difference betweeen whole number and integer numbers just look into any math book that are algebra 1 or up... (don't think my calc book had it in there but they mention in precalc book so i think you'll most likely to find it some where in those math level books)
