Problem to decrypt L2.ini

how i can do to decrypt my L2.ini cause it's a 413 algorythm... and L2Decrypter.exe doesn't work for this... So how i find the port and localserverIP ?

There is a new version of decryptor out there that works with 413 just do a search like L2-decrypt 413 in google.
