vec works good on 300 ping, but not 100

i made a vec a couple of days ago. its great when i have a 300+ ping. but when the ping goes down to 100 i dont get as many hs. do i need to adjust the height or the recoil?

I believe its mostly the forward that you need to adjust. You have to compensate for minor lag and when your ping goes down, you wont have as much lag, making you shoot in front of the guy, instead of on his head.
