ok i success creat a guild but why my guild has no picture? ( i mean in the game it only a white square and has no pic in there) other guild does have a nice picture beside there name?? so can some 1 help me out? ( sorry if i sounf noobie ^^)

I think he has the guild! Try translating some text on your guild homepage, should be one of the buttons in the admin control panel.
