Teleport without consuming SP

A bot like openkore can use the Teleport skill and never consume SP. I found that out here: http://openkore.sourceforge.net/manual/
If a bot can, how can I use Teleport without consuming SP when the bot is not running and I am playing normally with the RO client? How does it work?

For your client for not using any SP when your playing manually hexed your client............................

EDIT: I remember, somewhere in this was a "RO-Kit" which made it possible to teleport without consuming SP, but I didn´t download it because i hadn´t got a tele clip yet...
Now i can´t find it >.<

don't need to force yourself, use wapak2's hexed-client... it contains that feature...

Yes, I have red the instructions and I changed that code, but if I use the teleport skill still takes SP :-(

EDIT: I tried it out and yeah, wapak2´s hexed client is just for pRO.

yeah ^^ But i know, it´s possible on euRO, too. Because my bot, which has a teleclip and the option to avoid all players, does always teleport without consuming sp and he doesn´t even say Teleport !! (there are no fly wings in my equip)

Anyway, how can i teleport without consuming SP without a bot ?

No, it is possible on euRO. I know it, because I often run my assasin bot, who has a tele clip and who teleports without consuming SP and without saying Teleport !!.
And before someone asks: No, I haven´t got any Fly wings in my inventory. I think that´s the evidence, that it IS possible...

PS: Sry, I am actually a german and my english is not perfect :P
