Simple.
Install 2.5.
Rename 'America's Army' Folder to 'America's Army 2.5' for exemple.
Install 2.6.
Rename 'America's Army' Folder to 'America's Army 2.6' for exemple.
If u want to play with 2.5 or 2.6.. just rename the folder 'America's Army 2.5/2.6' to 'America's Army'.

But if you are trying to just have two installs of America's Army then thats very possible If thats what your trying to do here is the process:
Im going to assume the first install is in the default location C:\Program Files\America's Army\
1. ) Install America's Army normally.
2. ) Find the whole America's Army folder in C:\Program Files\
3. ) Right click on that folder, and in the menu that pops up select "Copy"
4. ) Figure out where you want the second install to go. We will use C:\AA2.0\ as an example:
5. ) Inside C:\AA2.0\ Right click anywhere in that window, and select "Paste" from the pop up window. You will now see the copying Process, and within a minute or so (Depending on your computer) all the files will be copied to that folder.
6. ) Now you know for sure that you have 2 locations for where AA is installed. One is here: C:\Program Files\ And one is here: C:\AA2.0\
7. ) Now we know for sure that when we installed AA the first time a shortcut was made on the desktop called "America's Army" To make things easier rename that to: "America's Army 2.6" (Or rename it to whatever you want). That is the shortcut to the Americas Army install that is located here: C:\Program Files\
8. ) Now go to the second install of America's Army located here: C:\AA2.0\ (Or wherever you decided to put it). Open up the "System" folder and now you will be in this directory using our example here: C:\AA2.0\America's Army\System\ . Inside that folder locate the ArmyOps.exe file. Once you do that right click on it and in the pop-up menu select "Send To" and then select "Desktop(Create Shortcut)" Now if you go back to your desktop you will see two icons that have the AA logo. One will be called (Using this example): "America's Army 2.6", and "Shortcut to ArmyOps.exe" The one that says Shotcut, (Again using this example) we will rename to "America's Army 2.0".
9. ) Now we can effectively say were done. As if we look on the desktop we have two shortcuts one to an America's Army located here "C:\Program Files\" and one located here: C:\AA2.0\

you don't have to have both full versions. A patch for the 2nd will work just fine. Just make sure you rename&backup your 2.5 stuff before you use the patch. You can also edit the desktop shortcuts and point them at the right folder. I've multiple versions of AA on my comp several times with no problems.
